Residue Management
BaseSpread Option
IDEAL has several Residue Management options to fit your farming operation. Starting with BaseSpread - this option allows simple reliable chopping and spreading of residue with either 56 or 128 knives and up to a 3-ft spread width. The spread width is manually adjusted.
ActiveSpread Option
For those operators that operate the very largest headers available on the market today, ActiveSpread is for you! This option gives the operator more control with wind compensation and adjustable widths 50 ft plus all from the cab. In addition, this option is available with either 56 or 128 HD knives for tougher conditions.
SwingFlow Option
Operations that demand the most control and the ultimate in spreading performance, need SwingFlow. This chopper and spreader combination is perfect for minimum to no-till operations and provides perfectly even spreading up to 50-ft wide. All adjustments are made in the cab and ActiveSpread is available with 128 knives both in standard or HD versions.
