The customer and in particular their satisfaction with the service play a central role for Fendt. Because only if a company knows the wishes and expectations of its customers can it act accordingly and do the right thing. Their ratings are the basis for the continuous improvement of Fendt products and the service provided by Fendt Sales partners.

Participation requirements
After purchasing a Fendt product, you will receive two different questionnaires. The first questionnaire, about a month after the handover, is mainly about the purchase and delivery. After one year, you will receive a second questionnaire in which you will be asked questions about service and support at your location.
