The harvest window is getting shorter and shorter, and the demands for high-quality crops are high. That's where a partner who delivers top performance and can be relied upon is especially important. This is where the Fendt CORUS 500 comes into play: with reliability, flexibility and high performance, it can score!
Headers
Reliability starts right at the front with the Fendt CORUS 500. With the FreeFlow and PowerFlow headers, you play it safe even in difficult conditions and achieve a uniform crop feed and high throughput.
FreeFlow header
The FreeFlow header is available with a cutting width of 4.80 m to 7.60 m. It is equipped with a Schumacher cutter bar with an outstanding 1,254 cuts per minute. The feed auger of the FreeFlow header is equipped with movable fingers across the entire working width. These ensure a continuous crop flow.
PowerFlow header
For working widths of 5.50 m to 6.20 m, the Fendt CORUS 500 can also be combined with the PowerFlow header. Behind the Schumacher knife, which operates at 1,254 cuts per minute, the crop is actively and uniformly fed to the intake auger via the PowerFlow belts. Stones are returned from the belts to the field so that they cannot cause damage in the machine. Uniform crop feed reduces losses and prevents build-up on the cutterbar. This allows the combine to operate at maximum power and at higher speed for longer.

Rapeseed equipment
The PowerFlow header is quick and easy to use in rapeseed with the optional electric rapeseed knives. The optional rapeseed auger enables uniform feeding.
Threshing unit
With the Fendt CORUS 500, your crop is in the best hands. Whether grain, rapeseed or maize harvest – the powerful large threshing drum in combination with a large threshing concave surface ensures intensive and at the same time gentle threshing and separation.

The threshing unit of the Fendt CORUS 500 is characterized by its versatility and guarantees excellent harvesting results and optimum straw quality from cereals to rapeseed and grain maize to rice. Exactly what farmers and contractors in smaller acreage areas need!
Separation and cleaning
You want to be able to rely on clean crop? Then the Fendt CORUS 500 is the right choice for you. With the largest cleaning area in its performance class, it offers maximum cleaning performance under all conditions.
Straw walker
High separation efficiency is the motto of the straw walkers. The long walkers have four drop steps and are designed to be very open, especially in the front area, but also wear-resistant. This ensures optimum separation without excessive wear. At 21 cm, the Fendt CORUS 500 has the highest drop steps of all conventional straw walker combines.
Grain pan
The new grain pan is modular and can be equipped with removable plastic inserts. These increase versatility and make cleaning much easier when working in difficult conditions and in crops such as soy beans and corn.
Cleaning
From the threshing unit, the crop enters the high-performance cleaning system. Here, the material is evenly distributed across the cleaning shoe and a grain and a chaff layer are formed. The two layers are separated by a powerful fan. The cleaning area of the Fendt CORUS 500 is 4.7 m². Electrically adjustable high-performance sieves are also available especially for use in high-yield areas. These work efficiently, cleanly and reduce grain losses even at high throughput. To prevent the material from slipping sideways on slopes, the adjustable sieves have high partitions. This prevents losses and increases the capacity of the sieves. The sieves can be easily pulled out for cleaning. Thanks to the gentle threshing system and the gentle separation and cleaning, the straw is ideally suited for further use as bedding or feed.
High volume grain tank
CORUS 518 and 522 models are equipped with a grain tank with a capacity of 5,200 l and a discharge rate of 72 l/s. In the CORUS 526 model, the capacity is 6,500 l with a speed of 85 l/s. The large tank is also available as an option for the CORUS 522. The grain unloading auger makes it easy to fill even taller trailers. The large volume of the grain tanks offers advantages: the fewer stops you make during harvesting, the faster you have your valuable crop in the dry.

Especially on long days during the stressful harvest season, a comfortable workplace in a pleasant atmosphere is important. You will feel at home in the new cab of the Fendt CORUS 500. The driver's seat is comfortable and the intuitive and ergonomic armrest makes work easy.
Comfortable partner
The Fendt CORUS 500 has a new comfortable cab for long harvest days. The multifunction joystick is used to operate various functions such as the speed, the cutterbar or the discharge tube. For ergonomic work, this joystick is directly connected to the armrest. The threshing concave and sieves are also controlled directly from the cab. The on-board computer and two optional cameras provide an optimal overview of the machine. The large panoramic windscreen and new working lights at the front of the combine ensure the best visibility.

New intuitive armrest
The new intuitive armrest is attached directly to the seat and makes the Fendt CORUS 500 particularly comfortable to operate.
New lighting package
