For the first time, this year's survey also asked for ratings in the categories "Brand image & External impact of the self-propelled programme" and "Marketing & promotion of the self-propelled programme". The survey for 2024 therefore covers a total of 15 categories.
According to an article in the German trade magazine Agrartechnik, Fendt "has always been one of the highest-rated brands". For the year 2024, Fendt achieved an overall score of 14.3 points, up 0.4 points on the previous year. Fendt also achieved top scores in five categories. These include "Brand image & External impact" with a score of 17.7 out of a possible 20 points and 17.2 points in the "Profitability" category. Fendt also received top marks in the "Management", "Dealer-supplier relationship" and "Improvements/ Progress" categories. Overall, dealers gave the manufacturers an average score of 13.1 points. This is an improvement of 0.3 points compared to the previous year.

"With the fully battery-electric Fendt e100 Vario and the Fendt 600 Vario, we have recently introduced two completely new and innovative series. The Brand Image & External Impact category assesses, among other things, the innovativeness and reliability of the machines. That's why we're particularly pleased to have received top scores in this category," says Andreas Loewel, Director of Fendt Sales Germany. "The new questions on self-propelled machines are an important adjustment to the survey and reflect the importance of this market segment. We take a close look at the annual evaluation by our dealers. Analysing the results shows us where we are doing well, but also where we can improve. I am particularly pleased that overall satisfaction with Fendt has increased compared to last year."
About the dealer survey
The dealer survey by the European association CLIMMAR was launched in 2008 based on a survey of French dealers. Since then, the satisfaction of German retailers has also been surveyed once a year using a standardised procedure. Both the questionnaire and the categories were updated for 2024. Participants now answer 62 questions in a total of 13 categories, with the category "Theft protection" no longer being asked. In addition, there are now two categories for manufacturers of self-propelled vehicles, i.e. forage harvesters, combine harvesters and construction machinery, meaning that the survey for these manufacturers now includes 15 categories. These include "Brand image & External impact", "Tractor sales", "Advertising & Product support" or "After sales & Warranty".
