Fendt restructures its Full-Line program

The Fendt Full Line program has been a central component of the Fendt strategy for many years, with the aim to offer farmers the best holistic solutions along the agricultural value chain. To better meet this requirement, Fendt is transforming the existing business model into a partner program for certain product groups.

"In order to offer our customers improved integrated solutions in the Fendt dealer network under the current conditions, we want to optimize existing partnerships and establish further partnerships," says Christoph Gröblinghoff, Vice President & Chairman of the Fendt Management Board. "The current market situation is characterized by volatile and softening markets. This requires a more flexible approach to production capacities and leads to an increase in unit costs. In order to maintain the competitiveness of our products, certain product groups will be offered directly by our partners in the future."

Telehandler

Our partner Sennebogen will market its telehandlers directly through agricultural equipment dealers starting in the second half of 2025. This will give customers even more direct access to the innovative telehandlers of the Cargo T series with Sennebogen's numerous unique technological features. Existing delivery commitments for new Cargo T machines under the Fendt brand will be fulfilled.

The supply of spare parts and service for the existing population of Fendt telehandlers will continue to be supported by AGCO in line with legal requirements.

Loader wagon

In the second half of 2025, Fendt will discontinue the production of Tigo loader wagons at the Wolfenbüttel site. AGCO will ensure the supply of spare parts for the Tigo model series for the existing population in accordance with legal requirements.

The new and preferred Fendt partner for the loader wagon product group will be Strautmann, taking into account existing sales networks.

The Lower Saxony-based company is a specialized manufacturer and supplier of feed mixing, spreading and loader wagon technology and is characterized by an enormous vertical range of manufacture, modern production processes and innovative products.

For the 2025 harvest season, Strautmann is offering a new loader wagon model, the Magnon 11. With a theoretical chop length of just 22 mm, the Magnon 11 sets new standards in terms of forage quality and efficiency in a compact design. The short chop loader wagon is specially designed for professional dairy farms and contractors.
