The Fendt 210 P Vario won the 4th election for the Spanish award Tractor de España on April 22nd. The specialty tractor is the overall winner in the category Tractor of the Year 2022 Spain, as well as the winner in the category Specialty Tractors.

Fendt 210 P Vario becomes Tractor of the Year 2022 in Spain

The Fendt 210 P Vario

The Fendt specialty tractor won the highest award for a tractor in Spain, surpassing larger and more powerful machines. In addition, the Fendt 210 P Vario won the award in the category Specialty Tractors.

The Fendt Cargo T955 telehandler received the award in the category Multi-Purpose Machines.

Fendt 210 P Vario

The Fendt 210 P Vario is equipped with the continuously variable Vario transmission, features the innovative FendtONE operating philosophy and is the first specialist tractor with a fully integrated terminal. The deciding factor was its positioning as a particularly reliable tractor, particularly suited to the requirements of a specialist field such as Spanish rural agriculture.

Jose Ramón Gonzalez (Business Manager Fendt Spain) and Mario Lallana (Sales Engineer Fendt Spain) accept the award for the overall winner Tractor Spain 2022.

"With Fendt, we have the perfect tractor for vineyards, olive groves and orchards, which are characteristic and extremely important for Spanish agriculture. Although we have always excelled in large tractors, the Fendt 200 VFP Vario series and especially the Fendt 210 P Vario combine all the advantages and technologies know from our large tractors," said José Ramón González Casagrán (Business Manager Fendt Spain) after receiving the award. "We are particularly pleased to receive this award. This award rewards the Fendt effort to meet, as far as possible, all the needs of farmers, especially Spanish farmers," he said with great satisfaction.

The Fendt Cargo T955

The Fendt Cargo T955 telehandler made its debut at Agritechnica 2019. The telehandler received the award for Multi-Purpose Machines. It features the unique lift cab and a robust, durable design. With a load capacity of 5.5 tons and a lift height of 8.5 m, the Fendt Cargo T955 is also designed for maximum loading performance.

About the Tractor de España award

Every two years, the Tractor de España award is presented to the Tractor of the Year in Spain. The jury is composed of experts in agricultural machinery. They select the best tractor from the applicants in five categories: Tractors with more than 200 hp, from 101 to 200 hp, up to 100 hp, Special Tractors and Multi-Purpose Machines. From the five winners, the overall winner, the Tractor of the Year in Spain, is determined. An online vote decides who is the most popular brand among fans.
