"I am pleased that this year, despite all the challenges, demand for Fendt machines is particularly high. This applies to tractors as well as our entire Fendt Full Line from combine harvesters and round balers to our telehandlers", says Christian Erkens, Director Fendt Sales for the Europe and Middle East region. "The success of our business, especially in difficult times, also depends on the competent and professional customer support provided by our dealers. Therefore, we are very pleased with the good rating and the trust of our dealers."

We managed these bottlenecks very well in close cooperation with our dealers", says Christoph Gröblinghoff, Chairman of the AGCO/Fendt Management Board. "I am proud of what our sales partners have achieved together with the support of the Fendt sales team led by Christian Erkens. Only with mutual trust and support can you act in the interests of farmers."

About the Dealer Satisfaction Barometer

The CLIMMAR dealer organization includes 16 national associations and their member companies from the agricultural machinery sector and was founded in 1953. The purpose of their surveys is to evaluate the relationship between agricultural machinery manufacturers and dealers in order to show changes in a neutral way.

This year's survey, conducted from April 2 to May 25, included dealers from nine European countries. Participants in the online survey evaluate the relationship between dealers and manufacturers through 14 criteria, for each of which they assign a score from 0 - 20 points. The criteria include brand image, sales support for tractors and spare parts, service support and warranty reimbursement levels.
