Participation requirements

After purchasing a Fendt product, you will receive two different questionnaires. The first questionnaire, about a month after the handover, is mainly about the purchase and delivery. After one year, you will receive a second questionnaire in which you will be asked questions about service and support at your location.
Take 15 minutes and answer the questions either online or on paper by post - at no cost to you, of course.

At Fendt, all documents are inspected and processed. Every problem, every critical comment and also all suggestions, such as product improvements, are registered and forwarded to the relevant departments.
