A strong partner: Our sales partners
Strong in technology and service
Fendt agricultural machinery is known as a traditionally high-quality and powerful implement. In addition to the exceptional reliability, farmers particularly appreciate Fendt's outstanding service with a spare parts supply that stretches back to machines from the 1960s.
Fendt and AGCO, your partners for optimum service
In addition to the nationwide network of Fendt agricultural machinery dealers, as a Fendt customer you have access to the excellent spare parts logistics and first-class customer service of AGCO, the world's largest company operating exclusively in the agricultural machinery sector.
Reliable and fast spare parts supply
If a part is not in stock at your local dealer, Fendt Sales has quick access to AGCO's extensive stock of genuine spare parts. State-of-the-art logistics and the strategically favourable locations of the AGCO spare parts warehouses ensure the best possible availability of all Fendt genuine parts.
Personal service, fast problem solving
We make sure that you get help, even if you cannot reach your dealer. The Fendt hotline is there for you personally around the clock, 365 days a year. AGCO's experience and infrastructure also enables the best possible training of customer service technicians on site and is always available for technical support. This means that Fendt and AGCO always offer you first-class service.
Find your closest dealer
Our Fendt dealers will be happy to advise you and provide you with a non-binding offer if required.
The customer and in particular their satisfaction with the service play a central role for Fendt. Because only if a company knows the wishes and expectations of its customers can it act accordingly and do the right thing. Their ratings are the basis for the continuous improvement of Fendt products and the service provided by Fendt Sales partners.
Participation requirements
After purchasing a Fendt product, you will receive two different questionnaires. The first questionnaire, about a month after the handover, is mainly about the purchase and delivery. After one year, you will receive a second questionnaire in which you will be asked questions about service and support at your location. Take 15 minutes and answer the questions either online or on paper by post - at no cost to you, of course.
Problems are taken seriously
At Fendt, all documents are inspected and processed. Every problem, every critical comment and also all suggestions, such as product improvements, are registered and forwarded to the relevant departments. The aim is to ensure that all feedback and your questions are recorded and answered as quickly as possible.
