More about the Fendt factor
Close-up of the large hexagonal shaft & robust double universal joints.
The Fendt Twister tedders combine durability and efficiency thanks to their large hexagonal shaft and robust double universal joints, which ensure a maintenance-friendly drive of the individual rotors and long-term operational reliability.

The closed, grease-lubricated rotor heads protect the important components from dust and dirt and ensure a long service life with low maintenance requirements. Induction-hardened and ground tooth flanks ensure smooth running and high breakage resistance. The optimum tine speed is achieved at low tractor speeds thanks to the 1:2 transmission ratio in the rotor head, which saves fuel.

An infinitely-adjustable tension spring with three mounting positions gives the headstock optimised guidance and ensures even more precise tracking of the machine in curves and when driving uphill and downhill. It also supports faster locking of the tedder when lifting.

With the standard edge spreading device on the DN models, you can achieve a clean finish at the edge of the field without any loss of forage

The Super C tines of the Fendt Twister tedder, which can be optionally equipped with loss protection, are made of sturdy, galvanised flat spring steel and offer a long service life. The tines attached under the tine carrier have greater freedom of movement, thus protecting the sward and reducing the crude ash content in the forage.
