The Tigo ST series was developed especially for high-altitude work. The low-gear loading wagons meet the highest requirements for mountainous conditions – steep cross-slopes and tough terrain. With a platform height around 25 cm lower than the Tigo S series, Tigo ST models have a particularly low centre of gravity. What's more, the extra wide track of 2.12 m means that the Tigo ST is incredibly stable. This ensures safe, stable and easy handling – even in extreme situations.

The Fendt Tigo low forage wagon is specially designed for use at height and on slopes. With a camless oscillating pick-up and an impressive working width of 1.8 metres, it ensures maximum efficiency. The super gentle swing arm unit with direct drive via a gear drive guarantees the highest feed quality. The lightweight but extremely stable frame construction provides the necessary robustness. The cutterbar frame can be optionally equipped with up to 33 knives, which enables a minimum cutting length of 38 mm. The standard electric convenience control rounds off the overall package and ensures easy and convenient handling.
Equipped for altitudes
The Fendt Tigo ST models are perfectly equipped for use at high altitudes. They have a robust chassis that offers high stability and durability. The compact and lightweight design ensures high manoeuvrability and efficiency. With an extra-wide track of 2.12 m and large-volume tyres, they offer enormous stability. The torsion-resistant welded construction is torsionally rigid in both the longitudinal and transverse directions. The Tigo 35 ST is equipped with a single-axle chassis, while the Tigo 40/50 ST models have a tandem compound chassis with leaf-spring suspension. They are equipped as standard with a foldable dry forage assembly, which can be folded hydraulically as an option. Other options include a hay loading package, an all-steel design for silage applications, various hitching systems and a hydraulic articulated drawbar.
Camless pick-up
The Fendt Tigo ST models offer efficient forage collection thanks to their camless pick-up, which does not require a cam track and is therefore particularly economical and easy to maintain. With a working width of 1.80 m and five rows of tines with a tine spacing of just 54 mm, it guarantees high efficiency. The tines with a diameter of 6.0 mm and 4-fold winding are protected by a tine loss protection system that encloses all windings and prevents the loss of the tines. The hot-dip galvanised components offer protection against the effects of weather and corrosive fermentation juices, while the coordinated peripheral speed of the pick-up and the swing arm unit guarantees even and reliable feed transfer. The oscillating pick-up adapts perfectly to the ground conditions and ensures clean feed intake, even on uneven terrain. With its unique torsion principle to adapt to the ground, it offers more tine contact than conventional pendulum pick-up designs. The standard roller crop press also supports clean feed intake.
Maximum feed protection
The Fendt Tigo ST models optimise forage protection thanks to their special cam track and conveyor swing arms. These ensure that the food is picked up and transported gently. The feed arms are undivided and have trailing control rollers, which enables precise cutting and an even feed flow. The loading unit is driven directly by spur gears, which makes it particularly low-maintenance and quiet. High-quality bearings and a stable design ensure a long service life and low power requirements.
Flexible cutting lengths
The Fendt Tigo ST models offer flexible cutterbar options that can be adapted to different harvesting conditions. All models have a main cutting frame as standard, which can be equipped with up to 17 knives. An optional silage cutting unit with 16 knives is available as a second knife level. The knife group switching enables flexible use with the settings 0/5/17/21/33 (with silage cutterbar). The central switching points ensure easy operation, while the durable construction guarantees reliability.
