Infeed with six pre-compression rollers for a precise cut through maximum pre-compression

Feeding via six pre–press rollers guarantees optimum pre-compression of the chopped material to achieve a high consistent chopping quality. The width of the rollers of 770 mm allows a high throughput of material. The cutting length is infinitely variable from 2.4 to 42 mm, depending on the configuration of the knife drum, from the comfort of the driver's seat. Thanks to the independent hydrostatic drive of the header and feed rollers, the speed of the header can be optimally adapted to the harvesting conditions. The cutting length remains constant.
