  • Cam track free pick-up
  • Exceptional reliability
  • Low power requirements
  • Robust bale chamber
  • Mechanical tailgate locking with bale density measurement
  • Reinforced, steplessly adjustable drawbar
  • Shallow bale chamber tilt angle

Additional functions through load sensing

The optional load sensing Pro feature ensures maximum performance from the machine. With the help of automated functions, a bale scale, moisture sensor and other details, the entire baling process is optimised.

FunctionsDescription

AUTO tailgate

Tailgate opens and closes automatically for bale ejection after tying is complete.

AUTO Pickup Hub

Pickup is automatically raised so as not to affect the weighing process.

AUTO knife slot cleaning

When baling with the knives swung out, the entire set of knives is swung in and out during the twine binding process to keep the slots clean.

Moisture sensors

The moisture of the crop is measured as the bale is formed.

Bale scale

During the tying cycle & after bale ejection, the total weight of the baler is measured - the difference is the bale weight.

Bale edge layer optimisation

When baling with knives, the pre-alarm for a finished bale swings the knives out so that the last bale layers remain uncut - stabilising the bale edges.

LED work lighting

LED strips are installed under the side covers and light up when they are opened.

Maximum performance through TIM

Deliver maximum performance - and let the Rotana take control. With the optional TIM Pro feature, the Rotana automatically brakes the tractor as soon as the bale is ready and automatically lifts the pick-up when reversing, plus the machine has bale edge layer optimisation and much more.

FunctionsDescriptions
TIM AUTO stop

The tractor will stop automatically as soon as the bales are finished tying.

TIM Tailgate

Tailgate opens and closes automatically for bale ejection after tying is complete.

TIM Pickup Hub

Pickup is automatically raised so as not to affect the weighing process (and when reversing).

TIM Knife slot cleaning

The crop press roller hold-down ensures an even

cropflow. With the variable crop press roller hold-down, the rake is adjustable above
the pick-up, which reduces blockages
and maximises performance.
